This assumes (and I think I assume correctly) that most of the people that read this journal and are likely to respond know me to some reasonable extent.

So tell me in a comment: If you saw me cuffed and sitting in the back of a squad car, what would you imagine I was being charged with?

Hmmm.

I mean, frankly, if you haven't snapped by now, you're not going to. Well, unless something so horrid happens, that any manslaughter charges will be reduced to 'felony littering' due to circumstances.

So I'm not thinking anything too violent.

In fact, I could see you doing something like this just to see what happens, so I figure you're heading down to Precinct for a beer.
