Look kids, snow...
The winter storm advisory was upgraded to a storm warning this morning. The general consensus at this moment is that we'll have four inches or so by the time I get out of work, and another four or six inches on top of that by the time I get out of bed tomorrow morning.
Well, it is practically February and we are in Illinois, it's about time it started acting like winter out here! Bring on the SNOW!

Don't bring the snow. Wait until I get home! Do not want to think about what a mess it's going to be tomorrow trying to get to the airport and trying to get out of O'Hare if this stuff that's splutting down wettly now sticks and gets more of it.
I'm all for brining the snow (bringing the noise? *ehem* Anthrax moment), just bring it when it won't screw with my flight. And bring some of it to Denver so I get some!
Twin gods!
*head explody*

As I was getting out of my car at work this morning, a coworker who was also getting in early remarked about the weather and how crazy it's been. I told him that it's expected to snow and sleet tomorrow. He griped. I told him I was happy. "Hell, yes!"
Statistically, we are in drought conditions, too. We need the precipitation no matter how it comes down. I just prefer snow because it's late January and we've had next to no snow all winter long! This bites.
BRING IT ON!
