It's hard to say goodbye. It's hard to say goodbye to a friend, to a memory, to a past relationship. Even if as one door has closed another has opened, it is still very hard to look at that closed door and not feel regretful.

I have a lot of regrets. I hope that as my life goes on I can do some positive things to help balance them out.

I regret many things I've done, but I also realize that had I lived my life differently, I wouldn't be the person I am today.

Jen's right.

There are so many things in my life that I've done that I'm ashamed of... that I wished I did differently, or I wished I didn't do at all.

But if I hadn't gone through the resulting experiences, I wouldn't be who I am. And for the most part, I am happy with who and what I am.

You are loved, Fer. And we're here for you with shoulders and tissues... to help you through whatever we can, or just stand back and let you work through things on your own.
