HP rocks my world. They have forums available via the web that contain access to others who use their products, as well as to HP's knowledge bases. I have been hitting these forums and tech articles over and over as I fought to square out some misbehavior on my network management system.

I am the king of OpenView Network Node Manager as well as OpenView Operations! I have bent these two software packages to my will time and time again today. I've defeated every quirk it's thrown at me, and I admit I owe a large part of that victory to the forums, but that doesn't make me feel any less smug.

I love it when something goes right at the office.
