hear ye, hear ye

Let this entry serve as notice that I have arrived safe and sound in Minnesota. I met my parents at Caspers' Cherokee Steakhouse, where I had tasty prime rib dinner with my mother, father and grandfather, and now I'm back home on the farm.

The trip was mostly uneventful, and I made it here without any significant trouble. My only complaint is that I drove 6.5 hours without a proper exhaust system so my ears are ringing. Hopefully after tomorrow I can get that fixed, and the drive back to Illinois will be a bit more peaceful....
