I am quite inebriated in celerbaration of the home purchase, and genet is driving me home along with roho.

How better to celebrare 30 years of debt than drunk and curled up in bed with a barfy cat?

Yep. Two mortgages and utilities in addition to normal bills will put a serious crimp in anybody's spending habits.
