Heh. That's nothing. The last THREE, that's right THREE DMV employees I had to deal with were the soul of kindness and customer service.

Of course, the last one before them more than made up for their lack.

I think its more a sign of a budget crisis - employees are going to get cut, and they may be competing for the remaining positions.

As a retired Fed who is going back into civil service by the end of the year, I can tell you that Government workers are never freindly just for the hell of it. There is a motivation, and thats probably it
