When DVD commentaries go wrong...
Sep. 6th, 2002 12:23 pm...even the lousiest Hollywood hack can have his own movie these days, it seems. Witness some of the great pieces of work that are or have been eating up screen time in our theaters these days. Our moron pal Tom Green is back with various other folks in Stealing Harvard. Fear Dot Com desperately wants to be the next Psycho. Movies with depth like The Shawshank Redemption are frowned upon because they don't have enough dick or fart jokes. According to the producers and most of Hollywood, everyone should have positively gushed over Freddie Got Fingered. Yet for some reason which will forever remain a mystery to these morons (they'd lose a game of tic-tac-toe to a potato bug, I swear) it still flopped.
So what happens when these box office bombs go to DVD and get the obligatory commentary track? Well, you get Commentary Tracks of the Damned!!!
