I stayed home from work today. I got up on time, ate breakfast, got dressed, had my keys in my hand... and decided at the last minute that after the last three weeks I just feel too damned sick to punish myself by going into work today. My nose is still running, my head is clogged and my stomach as churning.

So I went back to bed, and slept until 10:30 or so. In the afternoon I spent another few hours napping. I suppose I could look at it that I wasted the day, but if I'm sleeping this much I probably need it.
