I spent a bit of time today doing laundry. I only got two loads done because the process of doing laundry is frequently long and arduous here. I blame the dryer, because the dryer is very small and seems incapable of generating sufficient heat to warm a chunk of flat bread. If it can't even make the tumbler hot how is it going to chase the moisture out of my clothing? I digress, however. Part of the laundry I did today consisted of towels and washcloths. I found myself wondering Why do I care if the towels get dry? They're just going to get wet again, anyway...

Especially when someone hasn't washed a load of towels yet, and the wet, soured ones are all there is. Ugh!
