My left wrist is suddenly flaming agony, and will not stop making cracking and grinding sounds. I'm reminded of a worn-out old transmission that you just jam through the gears on, praying nothing falls out before you reach your destination. That's sort of how it is with my wrist right now -- I'm using it and hoping against hope it doesn't just break off.

So I think I'm amending my game plan. The new course of action is a dose Naproxen for me, then off to lay in bed. I think I'll stare for a while at the little water/light gadget I bought from Bed, Bath and Beyond before I try to sleep. I don't have to get up at 0600 tomorrow because I'm going to the DVUC in Naperville, but I would like to try to get a bit more rest.

If I've reccomended this before please forgive me for sounding like a broken record, but you may want to give some MSM and condroitin tablets a try. When i had tendonitis in my wrists I went on them and they helped a lot.
