I'm starting to lean towards one choice in particular (although my mind is far from set on it at this point) and I think those of you familiar with Babylon 5 will recognize it: Z'Ha'Dum.
It allegedly has no basement. I have this horrible feeling, however, that we'll be re-carpeting someday, and find an iron ring bolted into the floor, and then me and feren will end up re-creating Graveyard Shift (the short story, not the movie). And that means we have to find a firehose.
