Edit at 1947: Okay, so there's a new release of Trillian Pro (2.01) that I wasn't aware of. I've installed it and will keep my fingers crossed that it makes the silly program behave better.

I gave up on trillian, took too many resources for my laptop (ok, ok, it's a P133 with 48mb ram) I switched to Gaim, which has done well by me since then.

If you have a machine that can handle trillian, you might want to try Gaim until the crashes are patched.

For some reason, it makes me happy that this problem plagues paying customers as well as freeloading bastards like myself.
