Man, how bad do I suck?

Went to the Meijer on the way home from "Super Service" training today (That'd be "customer service" training to those not in the vernacular) to pick up a few groceries and necessities. Gin, tonic, that sort of thing. While I remembered at the last second to pick up a new toothbrush, somewhere in the process I utterly forgot to get a new tub of Folger's. My house is without coffee for the first time ever. I feel vaguely unsettled by this development. I may have to make a 3:00 AM Meijer run in order to soothe my OCD.

Some day I'll master this "shopping list" instead of relying upon my overtaxed mental capacity.

Reminds me of the time I had to go in for a scheduled work event at 3 am; so I fill the coffee pot and go for the coffee tub and IT WASN'T THERE! Roommate had just finished the last bit that morning, and there was no more to be found! Luckily Torg brought coffee (so I drank all his :), and he makes damn good coffee.

It's funny, because I only seem to have coffee problems when there is a late night upgrade. I can remember another time when I broke my coffee pot right before an upgrade (it was leaking water all over). Sheena ended up stopping and picking up Coffee and Doughnuts on the way in and saved the day.
