Last night I dreamt I was moonlighting for blueadept's $employer, working third shift.

They're making a lot of changes, and I'm not sure all of them are for the better. We'll see how it works out, I guess. In either case, third shift has mostly gone away in the US. It's one person now because the India team has ostensibly taken over most of that work.
