ferenI slammed the index finger of my right hand in my pickup's door this evening, leaving a throbbing fingertip and a nail that's turning blue. This is the second hardship that my right hand has endured in as many weeks (the first being the massive burn). Talk about insult to injury.
On a more lighthearted note, I've just discovered I can type at roughly the same speed without my index finger, and suffer only a small percentage increase in typographical errors. This will be handy knowledge for me should I ever become a wood shop instructor at the local high school.
