This day has started off so well already! Not only did I get my paycheck from my company this morning, but I got my electronic deposit from the Feds for my tax return. Mmm, $630 back from the government. That went straight into the savings account, adding to the fund for the house purchase. Mmm, money is good.
Now if only I didn't have to deal with my boss at work today, I'd be having a great day.

Date: 2002-03-08 07:06 am (UTC)I'm not sure I could justify $180 to go to Worldcon. I could attend 9 CONvergences for that price. But still... one of these days, I will probably wind up there.

Date: 2002-03-08 01:28 pm (UTC)I e-filed my Federal tax return with TurboTax on the 24th of January and had my refund disbursed into my checking account on the 8th of February.
As for the state (of MA), they made good on their promises to disburse refunds for tele-filed tax returns within four days.
