Payday!

Today was payday, and since it's the middle of the month I have a while since bills are do, so I decided to add another $700 into the savings account for the mortgage down payment. I'm now at $4,400 and change! I'm really pleased by how quickly the cash is accumulating now that I'm making a dedicated effort to reach that goal of home ownership. The credit card isn't declining as steadily in balance now, but, well, I think that this is probably going to be the slightly more sane route to take. With luck I'll be able to keep up this pace of putting over a thousand dollars a month into the account.

I'm looking forward to owning a home, oh yes.
