I continue to be surprised at how often I will see people smoke a cigarette and then throw it into an area where it could potentially cause an inflammatory disaster. The idea of even tossing it into a place where there are bushes or grasses makes me paranoid of fire starting... especially in a place as dry as L.A. . . .
