I forgot how much I used to enjoy LJ...

... seriously, I did. Tonight I pulled up my Friends page and read back 20 or 30 entries, and wonder why it is I'm not here much at all any more. Even with all the changes that have happened to LJ over the years, it's still much more pleasant to interact with as a "reader" than anything Facebook could ever vomit out.

LJ is a lot more pleasant for me to be on as well. Sure, its not got all the bells and whistles of FB but I prefer the simpleness of it. I learn more about the people I care about through what they actually type out rather than what they repost or share from others. Sharing fun internet stuff can be fun and all but when that is all I see I just.. start to miss everyone. :c
