... and yes, I do know that I have been remiss about writing in my journal. The usual trivial excuses apply. I'll try to do better after I get back from Minnesota. There is little doubt in my mind that I'll have plenty to write about, the question is if I will or not.

Yes, it was demolished no less than this spring/late winter. One day I drove past the site and there was nothing but a big hole and some construction equipment.

The place was truely disturbing in that I knew about it on the net far before I realized it was in my back yard and, in fact, a short drive away from where I live now. Heh, Ways that the 'net community has touched yourself or those around you...
